If you REALLY want a raptor again, and have some level 70 or enough friends, you could perhaps get a red level 60 raptor from the ZG raid dungeon. I think
one of the groups in the first section has a raptor in it. (Maybe just past the first bridge.)
I really like windserpents, and it's possible to solo-tame a red one from ZG at 60. That's a bit of a challenge (which is kind of cool).
